Terms and Conditions

Shipping

  • Goods will be shipped from the USA.
  • Due to the pandemic, goods may take up to 6 weeks longer than normal to arrive.
  • This is a pre-order shop. Shipping is currently expected to take place in late 2022. Follow our socials for updates!
  • All goods will be shipped with tracking, however, full tracking (end-to-end) is only available for limited countries. You can contact us for more information.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Goods

While we take care to ensure your goods are kept in good condition, we cannot control any damage that occurs in transit.

If physical goods are damaged on arrival, we can replace goods depending on leftover stock, however the buyer will have to pay the additional shipping fees.

We unfortunately cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods.

We are not liable for damages that occur after goods have been removed from their packaging.

 

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Refunds are able to be processed prior to the end of the pre-ordering period. 

Once the pre-order period has ended, we can not offer any refunds.

No returns or exchanges on goods will be accepted.

If you would like to cancel your order or switch to a different bundle, please contact us before pre-orders end with:

  • the name you provided for your order
  • the order number

 

If you made an error when submitting your purchase, or you have had a change in information (i.e. new address) please contact us with:

  • the name you provided for your order
  • the order number, and
  • the error made and what the corrected information should be.

 

If your order could not be delivered due to misinformation, we are not liable for the undelivered/misdelivered package and will unfortunately be unable to provide a refund or replacement. Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order.
